Production Error During Smackdown 9/27/24

Tonight on Friday Night SmackDown in Oklahoma City, Bayley made her entrance for her number one contender’s match against Naomi, with the winner earning a shot at Nia Jax for the WWE Women’s Championship on October 5th in Atlanta, Georgia. During Bayley’s entrance an unexpected error occurred as the tron displayed “Damage CTRL,” the faction Bayley introduced during her return at SummerSlam 2022. Despite being the pioneer Damage CTRL, Bayley officially left the group earlier this year back in February.

The WWE production team seemingly  accidentally queued up the faction’s graphics during Bayleys entrance, but Bayley didn’t let it knock her off her game. She kept her focus and went on to defeat Naomi, she secured the victory with an elbow drop and with this win, Bayley is now set to challenge Nia Jax for the WWE Women’s Championship at Bad Blood on October 5th.
