Jey Uso’s Victory Speech Interrupted by Bron Breakker
Jey made his way to the ring through the crowd, thanking the WWE Universe for their support. However, before he could finish his victory speech, he was interrupted by the former Intercontinental Champion, Bron Breakker, the man Jey defeated for the title. Xavier Woods Defeats Rey Mysterio
The first match of the night featured WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio taking on Xavier Woods, a former WWE Tag Team Champion who has been frustrated with The New Day’s title drought over the past few years. The match was highly competitive, with Woods ultimately securing the win after an intense back-and-forth. However, the victory came with controversy, as Woods “accidentally” tore off Mysterio’s mask during the match—a move that left fans and Woods’ tag team partner, Kofi Kingston, questioning his sincerity.
After the match, Woods assured Kofi that the mask incident was unintentional. Kofi, having secured an Intercontinental Championship match against Jey Uso for next week, graciously passed the opportunity to Woods, stating that he felt his partner deserved it. The New Day celebrated Woods’ upcoming title shot, and the commentary team suggested that the group was back to being “all sunshine and rainbows.”

The Awesome Truth vs. Authors of Pain
R-Truth made his return to Raw after taking multiple tsunamis from Bronson Reed several weeks ago. Truth, appearing to have no recollection of the attacks, announced to Miz that he had secured a match for them against The Authors of Pain (AOP), declaring that “The Awesome Truth” was back.
In the match, The Authors of Pain defeated The Awesome Truth. However, the bigger shock came when Miz turned on R-Truth after the match, officially turning heel.
Braun Strowman vs. Bronson Reed Ends in Chaos; Seth Rollins Returns
The main event saw Braun Strowman and “Big” Bronson Reed tear the house down—literally. The two powerhouses took out rows of fans and destroyed the ring in a chaotic match. In a surprise run-in, former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins made his return, delivering a curb stomp to Bronson Reed, the man who had put him on the shelf for several weeks. As Rollins stood tall, Strowman slowly got to his feet and was declared the winner, ending the show as Raw went off the air.
