WWE Expands SummerSlam to Two Nights: 2025 Location Revealed

WWE has officially announced that SummerSlam will transition to a two-night event starting in 2025, mirroring the format of its flagship event, WrestleMania. The inaugural two-night SummerSlam will be held at MetLife Stadium on August 2nd and 3rd, 2025. This shift follows comments from Triple H at the 2024 SummerSlam press conference, where he hinted that this year could mark the last single-night edition of "The Biggest Party of the Summer."

With WWE’s new creative direction emphasizing streamlined match cards for Premium Live Events (PLEs), anticipation is building around how this format will affect SummerSlam's presentation and fan reception. WWE has also provided a registration link for pre-sale information, marking SummerSlam's return to the Tri-State area for the first time since its four-year residency at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, which ended in 2018.
